Wendy L'Belle-Tividad
I have always loved to draw and I've always had something to say. So
with these 2 qualities I discovered early on the benefit of putting my emotions
into my art. (good for me, bad for ex-boyfriends) While going through
the typical
dating
angst (here in Los Angeles) I created a few risque greeting cards and
called
it
L.A. TUDE. When I saw how my friends responded (laughter, screaming,
sheer
fear) I realized many girls could relate to what I was going through.
That's
how
I got started selling my cards to stores across America.
Some time later I signed with Recycled Paper Greetings. They are the
3rd
largest
card company in America but with greeting card artists they are number
uno.
I
toned down my cards a bit and began expanding my range to include cute
little
lovable characters that had something nice to say, now known as the Little
Royals. (marrying a great guy might have brought on this change of heart)
Around
the same time I licensed L.A. TUDE to Germany, France, Spain, Italy,
the UK
and
Australia and found out you can say goodbye in any language but it usually
takes
up a lot more space.
When my daughter Harmony was born my art and my life really changed.
Pure inspiration struck my heart and a few "ahhhggooos" later
the "Harmony Girls" were born. These sweet multi-cultural characters
with the big eyes believe
in
friendship, love, faith and my favorite-world wide harmony.
Finally I found the internet. A great place for an artists creativity.
I
signed
a deal with Egreetings where over 5 million of my animated cards have
been
sent
all over the world. My company, 3 Scoops became a "top 5" publisher
almost
over
nite. You can find a select amount of my cards online at American Greetings.com,
AOL, MSN and Egreetings, but this website, Scoopcards.com is
the
best place to find the best cards. :)
My art continues to change and grow, and so does what I have to say.
I hope that I have found some bit of who you are in my work that I love
so much.

| composer/sound writer |
Vincent Tividad
Has been composing music for commericals and film for the past 8 years.
He grew up in the nations funky music capital, New Orleans, where he
learned to play the guitar before he could walk. He is one of the baddest
bass players
in
Los Angeles where he now lives and plays with various (cool) bands. With
years of practice, Vincent can now play any instrument, but none like
he
can play Wendy's heart (strings) Vince composes all of the music on the
Scoopcards.com website where he happily contributes his talent in exchange
for
foot massages.
He is known for saying "It's the best job I've ever had" (okay,
that's what Wendy says he says) but deep down he's excited knowing he's
making lots of girls dance next to
their computers.

| web designer/flash animator |
Matt Whaley
He's blonde, brave, tanned, pierced, SINGLE and he has an English accent.
But
most importantly - to us at least, he is an extremely talented web designer
and
flash animator. (In fact if there's ever an extreme talent show we are
submitting him) Matt started working with the Scoopcards team when he
designed
Wendy's business site, 3 Scoops.net . He did such a brilliant job we
begged
him to get off the surf board and come back to L.A. and redesign our
cards
site, Scoopcards.com. We think his work speaks for itself. (and since
his tongue
is
pierced, it's better that way)
We were so pleased with his impecible work, taste, style, etc. that we
asked
him
to design his own animated cards for the site. We think you'll be glad
we
did. |
